Yesterday, I made some conversation with my friend via an
application called Whatsapp. And this is the interview report.
I know her since I
was in high school. We had same extracurricular called Polaris. Polaris is one
of extracurricular in my high school which is concern to astronomy. Her name is
Triana Eka Puspita. Usually, I called her Triana. In Polaris, we had our star
name. For example, my star name is Andromeda and hers is Alderamin. Triana now
studying in Bandung. She is one of ITB student. For me, being ITB student is
very wonderful. She said she was so glad to be accepted there.
She studying about Geodesy. Geodesy is one of the
branches of geo science. Geodesy has a good propect in future. Geodesy only
have few graduates but they are badly needed. That is why she choose geodesy as
her major. She want to work in Pertamina too.
She joined some activities and one of them is KPA. KPA is
acronym to Keluarga Paduan Angklung. She told me she was curious about that and
its perform is wonderful. The schedule is not so intense so she still have time
to learn.
As a ITB student which is in Bandung, made her should
stay in Bandung for a while. She rent a small room in Bandung (Kost). She
learned a lot about Bandung. She got new experience, new friend, new culture
and many more. The foods, air, and the condition made her feel comfortable.
Once in 2 or 3 months, she returned to Jakarta to met her
family and her friends. Firstly, she felt so lonely live in Bandung. She didn’t
know everybody and the environment. And she missed Jakarta’s transportation. In
Bandung, though still 9pm there is no any transportation. But in Jakarta, there
are so much transportation.
When I asked her what the most valuable thing in her
life, she said MOM. Mom is everything for her no matter what. Her mom is the
most valuable that Triana can’t explain to me.
